Drinking a glass of Brioso is a ritual that awakens the senses. Dare to drink it neat, at a temperature between 16 and 18°C (61–64°F), to fully enjoy this evocative experience.
Appearance
The pisco should be clear, colorless, and far brighter than water, with no sediment.
