How to enjoy our piscos

Drinking a glass of Brioso is a ritual that awakens the senses. Dare to drink it neat, at a temperature between 16 and 18°C (61–64°F), to fully enjoy this evocative experience.

Appearance

The pisco should be clear, colorless, and far brighter than water, with no sediment.

Aroma

Bring the glass close to your nose and notice the aromas. Is it light, with fruity and herbal notes?

Palate

Take a small sip to wet your lips and appreciate the flavor. Then take a larger sip and feel how the flavors evolve in your mouth. Do you sense a balanced, lingering, and warm taste?

Full of life

Like the Peruvian Paso horse, our piscos embody tradition, character, and excellence.
